6 years....What!!!!

That's right it has now been 6 years...is that all? hahahaha (in a good way). I feel like I have known Kyle my whole life. We couldn't be more perfect for each other the good and the bad. For our anniversary Kyle had to study in the morning for his exam (licensing stuff), I had a baptism for Primary in the afternoon, so we enjoyed some homemade pizza with our girls for dinner. Once we put the girls to bed we watched 42 the movie about Jackie Robinson. We both loved it. At dinner we talked about memories we had from each year of marriage. Here is what we came up with:

1st year: My memory:9th St. Duplex in Provo and me getting into a car accident (I hit a Bishop)/Kyle's:Me ballooning up like Martin Short in "Pure Luck" (I still have know idea what I was allergic to. I seriously looked like a different person, I could barely open my eyes. I was just pregnant with Kylie and I blamed it on pregnancy. I seem to always get some sort of rash or allergic reaction during my pregnancy's...weird)
2nd year: Me: Kylie was born! Kyle: I graduated he was stay at home dad for a few months (he loved it...too bad for him I'm not giving that up.)
3rd year:Me: Legacy Apartment of amazingness...changed my life forever! Kyle: He graduated!
4th year: Me: Mads was born! Kyle: Had his first job- American Fork High, lost his first job
5th year: Me: Moved to California (most depressed year I have ever had) Kyle: 2nd job- Mojave River
6th year: Me: Phoebe was born! Happiest year ever! (I guess you have to have the bad to get the really good) Kyle: 3rd job Beaumont High (hopefully last job:)

It was fun to talk about the last six years and also to talk about the future as well. All I know is that the older you get the faster life goes by! I am grateful for everything I have learned and am continuing to learn. Life is going so well for us right now even if it is not easy. I am glad I do not have to do it alone! I think this has been my favorite Anniversary yet:)

6 Months

What another month gone! I really need to get on the picture taking. Phoebe is a rolling machine now and can get around where she wants by rolling. I tried to get her to sit up... not even close. I have to say my life is WAY busier now. I feel like I am on my mission again exhausted each night. At the end of the day I am thinking where did it go. Right now I should be in bed, but trying to get the energy to finish cleaning a few things. I have people coming over tomorrow morning...what was I thinking:) Oh yeah I still need friends. Ok sorry about the tangent back to Phoebe. We love her! Maddie loves to share her sippy cup with her and help her roll over and squeeze her, etc. etc. Kylie is always telling Phoebe how cute she is and I would have to agree.

Knotts at Night

We decided to go to nights late in the day and stayed till it closed at 10pm! The girls did way better than I thought they would. It was nice and cool and we had a great time. I promise we do other things besides Knotts I just have been really bad at taking the camera with me.

Mads new look. She pulls this lip out all the time and it kills us. She was doing this for real and I started laughing and made her pose for a picture.

5 Months!

Phoebe is 5 months now! She is still sleeping through the night. She has been my best sleeper yet! She started sleeping through the night at 3 and 1/2 months. Let's see what else...she started rolling over at 4 and 1/2 months and has mastered both ways. She is usually content as long as she can see us. Here are some pics.

Just Because

I don't know what happened, but these pics are blurred. They were having so much fun together I had to get a pic.

Mads loves to climb on Phoebe and squeeze her. Luckily Phoebe doesn't seem to mind.

4th of July

For the 4th we went to Hemet with Bonnie's family. We went to their parade which was fun and then we hung out at there new house. We ate, talked, laughed, etc. We came home in the evening. I hope we didn't scar our kids for life, but they went to bed and then Kyle and I went on the roof and watched the fire works. Kylie got candy in the parade and she was happy with that.

Cake

Our library has a reading program where they make cake! Ok not really Kylie had to get a cook book pick out a recipe and then make it. Guess what she picked .....that's right cake.

Of course Maddie had to help too!

Kylie wanted pink frosting, but we ran out of red food coloring. Blue was second choice.
